#29: A Tapestry of Delightful Moments

Reflections

Today unfolded as a tapestry of delightful moments. In the morning, I had a vibrant meeting with my fellow artists, where we shared our latest creations and inspiration, the air buzzing with creativity and camaraderie. Later, I spent some quality time with my mom, carefully prepping a collection of 12” x 12” wood panels, each a blank canvas waiting to be transformed by our brushes and imaginations. As the afternoon sun began to dip, we gathered all the dogs for a refreshing stroll through my mom’s charming neighborhood, their playful energy turning the simple walk into a joyful adventure amidst the familiar sights and scents.

Gratitude

These trees (see above) in my mom’s neighborhood, which I suspect might be Plum trees, bring joy and tranquility to the surroundings. Their delicate blossoms and rich green foliage create a beautiful backdrop that changes with the seasons. Alongside these trees, my mom’s Cavapoo—an adorable mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle—adds to the happiness of our home. Her playful nature and affectionate demeanor make every day brighter for mom. Today, I feel grateful for these charming trees and my mom’s furry companion, who bring delight into her life.
