While chatting with my mom the other morning, I mentioned making pancakes. Since that conversation, I couldn’t shake the craving for their flaky layers and sweet filling. It's as if their memory has lingered in my thoughts, tempting me with every bite I envision. So, tonight, for this girl, it was a special treat: a plate of warm, golden pancakes for the day's last meal! The aroma wafting through the kitchen was irresistible, promising a comforting meal that made the evening feel more special.
